User Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your Track Right! account, business data, employee data, and connected Google Drive authorization.

Effective Date: May 26, 2026

Track Right! lets users request deletion of personal information connected to their account. Because Track Right! is used for workplace attendance and payroll records, some requests may need to be reviewed with the business owner or admin before records are removed.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion, email Track Right! Support at trackrightph@gmail.com with the subject line: User Data Deletion Request.

Please include the email address used for your Track Right! account and, if applicable, your business name or business code.

2. What Can Be Deleted

Depending on your account role and business requirements, deletion may include account profile data, employee profile data, selfie/photo attendance images, Google Drive authorization tokens, saved Google Drive folder identifiers, and other personal information no longer needed to provide the service.

3. Employee Records

If you are an employee, attendance and payroll-related records may belong to the business that uses Track Right!. Employees should first contact their employer or business admin for workplace records. Track Right! may need to confirm the request with the business admin before deleting records that affect attendance, payroll, reports, disputes, or compliance.

4. Business Owner Records

If you are a business owner or admin, you may request deletion of your business workspace. This may remove or disable access to branches, employees, schedules, attendance records, payroll settings, billing records, exports, and connected Google Drive settings, subject to legal, billing, security, backup, and dispute limitations.

5. Google Drive Access

If you connected Google Drive, you can revoke Track Right!'s access from your Google Account permissions page. You may also email trackrightph@gmail.com and request removal of stored Google Drive authorization tokens and folder IDs from Track Right! systems.

Files already uploaded to your Google Drive remain in your Google Drive unless you delete them directly from Google Drive.

6. What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained temporarily or permanently when needed for legal compliance, billing records, fraud prevention, security, backup recovery, dispute resolution, tax/accounting obligations, or legitimate business recordkeeping.

7. Processing Time

Track Right! will review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for more information to confirm account ownership or business authorization before processing a request.
