Refund and Billing Policy

This Refund and Billing Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, upgrades, renewals, and refunds work for Track Right!.
1. Subscription Plans
- Free: up to 3 employees, 1 branch, 3 days photo storage, and no Google Drive auto-upload.
- Growth: up to 10 employees, up to 3 branches, 1 month photo storage, and Google Drive auto-upload.
- Business: up to 30 employees, up to 10 branches, 3 months photo storage, Google Drive auto-upload, and AI-assisted verification when available.
- Custom: larger employee or branch needs, custom setup and support, and custom pricing and terms.
Plan features may change with reasonable notice.
2. Manual Payment Methods
Track Right! may accept manual payments through GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or other supported payment channels. Users may need to submit the selected plan, payment reference number, screenshot or proof of payment, and business account details.
3. Activation
Paid plans are activated only after payment is verified. Activation is not automatic unless Track Right! later enables automated payment processing.
4. Renewal
Paid subscriptions must be renewed before expiration to avoid downgrade or feature restriction. If a plan expires, the business may lose access to paid features such as higher employee limits, higher branch limits, longer photo storage, Google Drive auto-upload, and advanced exports or reports.
5. Failed or Missing Payments
If payment is not verified, Track Right! may refuse activation, delay activation, or request additional proof.
6. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription has been activated. Refunds may be considered case-by-case for duplicate payment, incorrect amount sent, technical billing error, unauthorized transaction, or payment made but plan was not activated due to Track Right! error.
Refund approval is at Track Right!'s discretion, subject to applicable law.
7. No Refunds for User Error
Refunds are generally not provided for the wrong plan selected by the user, failure to use the service after activation, business closure, change of mind, incorrect payroll settings entered by the user, or employee/attendance records entered incorrectly by the business.
8. Plan Changes
Businesses may request plan upgrades. Downgrades may apply at the next billing period unless otherwise approved.
9. Service Suspension
Track Right! may suspend paid features if payment is overdue, payment proof is invalid, fraud is suspected, or the account violates Track Right! policies.
