Track Right! respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use Track Right!.
Track Right! is designed for small businesses in the Philippines and follows privacy principles under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Name and email address
- Login and authentication information
- User role, such as owner, admin, or employee
Business Information
- Business name, business connection code, branches, subscription plan, and billing details
- Upgrade request details and payment proof screenshots, if submitted
Employee and Attendance Information
- Employee names, branch assignment, schedule records, and attendance records
- Late, undertime, overtime, break, and work-hour information
- Attendance approval records and selfie/photo attendance verification images
Payroll, Reports, and Google Drive Information
- Pay rates, payroll settings, pay cycles, payroll calculations, and XLSX exports
- Google account authorization tokens, Google Drive folder identifiers, folder names, and uploaded payroll/report files when Drive is connected
Technical Information
- Device/browser information, IP address, login/session information, error logs, and usage activity needed to maintain and secure the service
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, connect employees to the correct business, record and verify attendance, manage branches and schedules, calculate payroll and reports, generate and export XLSX files, upload files to connected Google Drive folders, manage subscriptions and billing requests, provide support, improve and secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis and Consent
Businesses using Track Right! are responsible for informing employees and obtaining any required consent for attendance tracking, photo verification, payroll processing, and use of employee information. Employees should contact their employer or business admin for questions about workplace attendance and payroll policies.
4. Google Drive and Google API Data
Track Right! uses Google APIs only to provide user-facing Google Drive features that admins choose to enable. When Google Drive is connected, Track Right! may create folders such as Track Right - Business Name, Payroll, and Reports, and may upload payroll and report XLSX files to these folders.
Track Right! does not sell Google user data. Track Right! does not use Google Drive data for advertising. Track Right! does not access unrelated Drive files except as needed to provide the connected Drive feature.
Track Right!'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share information only when necessary with authorized users within the same business workspace, service providers that help operate Track Right!, Google services when Google Drive integration is enabled, payment or billing channels when needed to verify manual payments, and authorities if required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Storage and Security
Track Right! uses cloud services such as Supabase and Cloudflare for hosting, authentication, database, storage, and deployment. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including authentication, access controls, database rules, and business-level data separation.
No online service is completely secure, and users should protect their accounts and passwords.
7. Photo and Selfie Retention
- Free: up to 3 days
- Growth: up to 1 month
- Business: up to 3 months
- Custom: based on custom agreement
Retention may vary if required for security, legal, dispute, backup, or operational reasons.
8. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request to access their personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion subject to legal and business limitations, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, object to certain processing, and request information about how their data is used.

9. Business Admin Responsibilities
Business admins are responsible for ensuring employee data is collected lawfully, explaining attendance/photo verification policies to employees, managing employee access, reviewing payroll and reports, deleting or archiving users when appropriate, and using exported files responsibly.
10. Children
Track Right! is not intended for children. Business admins must not knowingly invite users who are not legally allowed to use the service.
11. International Processing
Some service providers may process data outside the Philippines. By using Track Right!, you understand that data may be processed in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Track Right! after updates means you accept the updated policy.
