Welcome to Track Right! Track Right! is a web-based attendance, payroll, scheduling, branch management, reporting, billing, and Google Drive export platform for small businesses in the Philippines.

By accessing or using Track Right!, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to represent a business to create an admin account. Employees may use Track Right! only when invited or authorized by their employer, manager, or business owner.

2. Services

Track Right! provides tools for employee attendance logging, selfie/photo-based clock-in and clock-out, branch management, schedule management, attendance review and approval, payroll calculation assistance, payroll and report XLSX exports, Google Drive folder creation and upload, and subscription or billing plan management.

Features may vary depending on the subscription plan.

3. Business and Employee Accounts

Admins are responsible for managing their business workspace, employees, branches, schedules, payroll settings, subscription plan, and export settings. Employees create their own accounts and connect to a business using a valid business connection code.

Each user is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under their account.

4. Multi-Business Workspaces

Track Right! supports multiple businesses. Each business has its own business code, employees, branches, attendance logs, payroll rules, reports, subscription plan, and Google Drive folders. Admins and employees must only access business data they are authorized to access.

5. Business Responsibility

Track Right! is a software tool. It is not an employer, accountant, payroll processor, bookkeeper, government filing service, or legal adviser.

Each business is responsible for complying with Philippine labor laws, confirming attendance records, reviewing payroll calculations, applying correct rates, deductions, overtime, undertime, breaks, and benefits, handling government contributions, taxes, and filings, obtaining employee consent where required, and ensuring lawful use of employee information and photos.

6. Attendance and Selfie Verification

Track Right! may allow or require employees to submit photos or selfies for attendance verification. Businesses are responsible for informing employees that photos may be collected and used for attendance verification. Users must not submit false, misleading, offensive, or unauthorized photos.

7. Payroll and Reports

Payroll and report calculations are generated based on data entered into the system, including employee rates, attendance logs, branches, schedules, pay cycles, and payroll rules. Businesses must review all payroll and reports before using them for payment, accounting, or business decisions.

Track Right! does not guarantee that payroll calculations are complete, accurate, or compliant with every business-specific rule.

8. Google Drive Integration

Admins may connect Google Drive to allow Track Right! to create folders and upload payroll/report XLSX files. By connecting Google Drive, you authorize Track Right! to use Google Drive access only for user-facing features, including folder creation and XLSX upload.

Track Right! does not sell Google user data and does not access unrelated Drive files except as needed for the connected Drive feature.

9. Subscription Plans and Payments

Track Right! may offer Free, Growth, Business, and Custom plans. Plan limits may include employee count, branch count, photo storage period, Google Drive auto-upload, and other features. We may update plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.

Paid plans may be activated through manual payment methods such as GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or other supported methods. Subscriptions are activated after payment verification. Failure to pay or renew may result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of access to paid features.

10. Acceptable Use

Users must not use Track Right! for illegal activity, attempt unauthorized access, tamper with business data, upload malware or harmful files, abuse the service, interfere with system security, use another person's account without permission, or submit fraudulent attendance records.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

11. Data and Storage

Track Right! stores business, employee, attendance, photo, payroll, report, billing, and Google Drive integration data as needed to provide the service. Data retention depends on subscription plan, system settings, legal needs, and operational requirements.

12. Availability

We aim to keep Track Right! available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be affected by maintenance, internet issues, third-party outages, Supabase, Cloudflare, Google services, or other technical problems.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Track Right! is not liable for payroll errors, attendance disputes, business losses, lost profits, missed uploads, data loss, service interruptions, incorrect settings entered by users, or labor, employment, tax, or accounting disputes. Businesses remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all records.

14. Intellectual Property

Track Right! owns or licenses the platform, software, branding, design, interface, and related materials. Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the platform without written permission.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, abuses the platform, fails to pay, or creates legal or security risk. Users may stop using Track Right! at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Track Right! after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
