Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using Track Right!. By using Track Right!, you agree not to misuse the platform.

1. Lawful Use

You must use Track Right! only for lawful business purposes. You must not use Track Right! to violate labor, privacy, employment, tax, intellectual property, cybersecurity, or other applicable laws.

2. Account Security

Users must not share accounts without permission, use another person's login credentials, attempt to bypass authentication, access another business workspace without authorization, or hide or falsify identity.

3. Attendance Integrity

Users must not submit fake clock-in or clock-out records, upload fake, misleading, or unauthorized selfies, clock in or out for another person, manipulate attendance logs, or abuse attendance requests or approvals.

4. Data Misuse

Users must not download or share employee data without authorization, use payroll or attendance data for unlawful purposes, expose employee photos publicly, upload private data not needed for business use, or harass, discriminate, or target employees using platform data.

5. Technical Abuse

Users must not upload malware, attack or disrupt Track Right!, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, bypass limits or subscription restrictions, abuse APIs, automation, or storage, or interfere with Supabase, Cloudflare, Google, or other service providers.

6. Billing Abuse

Users must not submit fake payment proof, use false reference numbers, abuse upgrade requests, or attempt to access paid features without payment.

7. Google Drive Abuse

Users must not use Google Drive integration to upload illegal files, upload malware, store unrelated or unauthorized content, access Drive accounts without permission, or misrepresent uploaded reports or payroll files.

8. Enforcement

Track Right! may investigate violations and may warn the user, restrict features, suspend access, terminate accounts, remove unlawful content, or report illegal activity when required.
