Track Right! uses Google APIs to provide optional Google Drive features for business admins. This page explains how Track Right! accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

1. Google Drive Feature

Admins may connect Google Drive so Track Right! can automatically create folders and upload payroll/report XLSX files. When enabled, Track Right! may create folders such as Track Right - Business Name, Payroll, and Reports, then upload generated XLSX files into the selected folders.

2. Google Data We Access

Depending on the permissions granted, Track Right! may access or process Google account authorization information, Google Drive folder identifiers, folder names created or selected for Track Right!, and files uploaded by Track Right!, such as payroll and report XLSX exports.

Track Right! does not intentionally access unrelated Google Drive files.

3. How We Use Google Data

Track Right! uses Google data only to connect a business account to Google Drive, create Track Right folders, save selected folder destinations, upload payroll XLSX files, upload report XLSX files, and maintain the Drive export feature requested by the admin.

4. Limited Use Statement

Track Right!'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Track Right! does not use Google user data for advertising. Track Right! does not sell Google user data. Track Right! does not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve the user-facing Drive export feature, comply with law, protect security, or with user consent.

5. Storage of Google Data

Track Right! may store Google Drive folder IDs and authorization tokens needed to operate the Drive feature. Tokens are used only to maintain authorized Drive uploads and folder access for the connected business account.

6. User Control

Admins may disconnect Google Drive access by using Track Right! settings if available, revoking access from their Google Account permissions page, or contacting Track Right! support. After disconnection, automatic uploads may stop.

Files already uploaded to Google Drive remain in the user's Google Drive unless deleted by the user.

7. Security

Track Right! uses reasonable safeguards to protect Google authorization data and Drive integration records. Users should only connect Google accounts they are authorized to use for the business.
